THE ARTS SOCIETY
AYRSHIRE

Welcome to the Arts Society Ayrshire

The society was founded in 1987 as Ayrshire Decorative and Fine Arts Society.  In 2017 we rebranded when The National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts became The Arts Society.

We offer a wide ranging programme of lectures incorporating many branches of the arts.

Also visits to places of particular interest are organised as well as a social programme.  We are a friendly and welcoming society;  tea and coffee being available after lectures to allow members to meet and chat.  There is at least one social event per year in addition.

Members can offer to become Heritage Volunteers, who are currently working with South Ayrshire Museums.  Our Young Arts programme offers young people the opportunity to participate in and  learn about the arts.
